GENERAL CLOSINGS

Bring a Cashier's Check payable to Enterprise Title to your closing. (Consult with your Closing Officer for the correct amount.) You can also wire transfer funds into our trust account. Your Closer can email wiring instructions upon request.

Additionally, bring a driver's license for identification (a Florida identification card, military ID, or passport are also acceptable).

MAILAWAY CLOSINGS

Please use the FedEx envelope furnished for returning the documents to us. The fully executed, witnessed, and notarized documents need to be in our office no later than the morning of the Closing Date. Please include a copy of the identification you presented to your Notary (drivers license, passport, or military ID). Send a Cashier's Check or wire transfer funds due.

E-MAIL CLOSINGS
